This 26’ dual loft tiny home has about as much comfort as you can pack in. With dual stairsets accessing each loft is very easy. The home has an office/couch area with a secondary loft above. An electric fireplace and storage area reside in the stairs accessing the secondary loft, perfect for those at higher elevations. In the kitchen there is a nice farmhouse sink, propane oven, microwave, and energy star fridge. The stairs accessing the main loft house the refrigerator and more storage including a cutting board trash can slide out. The main loft is spacious with tons of light and storage. Heading into the bathroom you will find a top of the line incinolet composting toilet. Gone are the days of messy compost toilets. This propane toilet turns everything into ash that can be removed much less often and emits no odors. A 4’ tile shower, vanity, and closet round out the bath. On the outside of the home there is metal siding and cedar. The metal siding comes with a 20 year warranty and both the metal siding and cedar have been proven in Hawaii’s tough climate. The home is constructed with 20-22 gauge steel framing. It will not rust and is not susceptible to termites. A propane hot water heater, outdoor shower, and 50amp electric hookup round out the exterior.
